 Yangon – Bago – Kyaiktiyo
Pickup from your hotel and drive out of Yangon to the ancient capital of Bago (Pegu). From Bago, continue drive to Kyaikhto and on to the 'base camp' of Kinpun. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, take a truck up a bumpy track about half way up the mountain. From here, walk up the path which climbs steeply to the legendary 'Golden Rock'. Visit around Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda. Dinner at local restaurant or hotel. Accommodation at ……. Hotel, Kyaikhtiyo.

 Kyaiktiyo – Bago – Yangon
Enjoy breakfast at hotel. Early risers may enjoy returning to the Golden Rock. Then walk down the mountain and return by truck to your car/minibus to the base camp at Kinpun. Then drive back to Bago and visit Shwemawdaw Pagoda, Shwethalyaung Buddha. Lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, just outside Bago, visit Kyaikpun Pagoda and drive back to Yangon. An optional visit is included on the way back to Yangon at the British War Cemetery near Htauk Kyan. Arrive Yangon in the evening and transfer to your hotel.
