 Halfday Than Lyin (Syriam)
This morning (approx: 08:00 AM) drive out of Yangon across the Yangon River by way of the Than Lyin Bridge, and visit a local market in Than Lyin (Syriam) and continue to Kyauk Tan. Take a short rowing boat trip to see Ye-Le Pagoda, situated on a tiny island in the middle of the river, and guarded by two colourful ogres. Return to Yangon and transfer back to your hotel (approx: 12:00 AM).

 Halfday Twante
Pickup from your hotel (approx: 08:00 AM) and transfer to Pansoden Jetty where you will take a local ferryboat across to the river to Dala. Once across, a on e-hour drive by local taxi will take us to Twante. The road is extremely bumpy and you should be prepared for an uncomfortable yet very interesting ride. Arrive Twante and visit to Shwesandaw Pagoda and we take a Trishaw (or) horse-cart to the Pottery area where a large part of the population in Twante is engaged in production pottery. Then walking through the small local market and walk along the bank of Twante Canal. Return to Yangon by local taxi and ferry boat. Arrive at Pansoden Jetty transfer back to your hotel (approx: 12:00 AM). |

 Fullday Bago
This morning, drive north east of Yangon for about 2 hours to the ancient capital of Bago (Pegu). On arrival in Bago, first visit the local market and then go to see Shwemawdaw Pagoda and Shwethalyaung Buddha (Reclining Buddha). Take a look at woodcarving, and then see Kalyani Sima Ordination Hall. Visit also Mahazedi Pagoda and visit just outside Bago Kyaikpun Pagoda. Lunch at local restaurant. An optional visit is included on the way back to Yangon at the British War Cemetery near Htauk Kyan. Return to your hotel.

This morning start your fullday Bagan sightseeing with a visit to Shwezigon Pagoda, Kyansittha Umin 'Cave' Temple, Htilominlo, Ananda Temple, Photo stop at Thatbyinnyu 'Omniscient' Temple. Then check-into your hotel and lunch a t hotel. In the afternoon, visit Archaeological Museum (if open), Mingalazedi, Dhammayangyi, Mingalazedi and stop at Moe Moe Lacquer Ware Factory.
